Product FAQs
What does a credit buy?
Every model Snapshapy makes is a full-colour textured model, and each one costs 3 credits. Viewing and downloading a model you have already made costs nothing.
Which formats can I export?
GLB is free on every plan, including Free. STL, OBJ, 3MF and USDZ are available on all paid plans.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes, on a paid plan. Models generated while you are subscribed come with a commercial license, so you can sell prints, ship them in a game or use them for clients.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a model cannot be generated, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically.
Billing FAQs
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan's credits reset at the start of each billing month, so the allowance is fresh every month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in the app and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. You will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Your first payment is refundable within 14 days if you have used less than 10% of its credits. After that, renewals and partly used months are not refunded. Failed generations always get their credits back automatically. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing page in the app. Changes are handled by Stripe, our payment provider.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe and accepts the major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card number.
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 3 free credits with no card required, enough for one textured model. You can also try a model on the homepage without signing up.
