Privacy Policy

To turn your picture into a 3D model we have to store it and send it to an AI provider. This page says plainly what we keep, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it.

01Who we are

Snapshapy is operated by Tinyclass LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

02What we collect

We collect only what the product needs to turn your images into 3D models:

  • Account details — your name, email address and Google profile picture, received when you sign in with Google. We never receive your Google password.
  • Images you upload — the picture you want turned into a model, and its file name.
  • Models we generate — the 3D files, their previews and when they were made.
  • Credits and billing records — your plan, subscription status, credit balance and history, and your Stripe customer ID. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Free demo data — if you try a model without an account, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address and a random browser token to enforce the demo limit and let you claim the result. Both expire after 24 hours.
  • Basic usage data — pages visited, the referring site or campaign, approximate location from your IP address, and aggregate click events, used to understand how people find and use Snapshapy.

03How we use your data

  • To generate, store and show you your 3D models, and to let you download them.
  • To keep your credit balance, bill your subscription and apply your plan's limits.
  • To send account emails such as a welcome message and payment receipts.
  • To answer support requests, prevent abuse of free credits and keep the service working.

04AI processing

Models are generated by third-party AI providers. When you start a generation we send the image you uploaded to a provider, which returns the 3D model. We send your images only to produce your results, we do not use them to train AI models of our own, and we do not publish them or show them to other users.

05Where your files live

Uploaded images and generated models are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through our content delivery network at cdn.snapshapy.com. Files are stored at unguessable addresses, but anyone you give a file's direct link to can open it.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run Snapshapy for us, and only what each one needs:

  • Google — sign-in.
  • Stripe — payments and subscription management.
  • AI model providers — generating models from your images, as described above.
  • Cloudflare — file storage, delivery and protecting the site from abuse.
  • Hosting, database and email-delivery providers — to run the app, store your account and deliver email.

Some of these providers are in the United States and other countries; where the law requires it, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

07Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a short-lived cookie that ties a free demo to your browser, and first-party cookies and local storage to remember where a visit came from and to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

08Retention and deletion

We keep your account, uploads and models while your account is open. Demo results made without an account are kept for 24 hours unless you sign in and claim them.

To delete your account and everything in it, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete your images, models and account data within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR and the CCPA — you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay.

11Children

Snapshapy is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email you. Questions about privacy: [email protected], or by post to Tinyclass LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
