Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Snapshapy (“the Service”) at snapshapy.com, which is operated by Tinyclass LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Snapshapy. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract; if you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.

Snapshapy turns an image you upload into a full-colour, textured 3D model. You can view it in your browser, and download it as GLB, or as STL, OBJ, 3MF or USDZ on a paid plan.

Models are generated automatically by AI. They are an interpretation of a single picture: hidden sides are inferred, and proportions, detail and printability can be off. Check every model before you print it, sell it or ship it.

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for activity on your Snapshapy account.
• One person, one account. Do not share access or open extra accounts to collect more free credits.
• You can try one free textured model on the homepage without an account. That demo is limited per network address and its result is kept for 24 hours.

Generating a model costs 3 credits. Viewing and downloading a model you have already made costs nothing. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

New accounts receive 3 free credits once. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refunded when an account is closed.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions — currently Starter $19, Pro $29 per month in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance shown on the pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your credit allowance resets at the start of each billing period; unused credits do not roll over. If we change a price, we will email you at least 14 days before it applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, paid features stop until it succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your models stay in your library afterwards.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: your first payment can be refunded within 14 days if you have used less than 10% of that period's credits. Otherwise partially used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You give us permission to store and process them — including sending them to the AI providers that generate models — only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights; a 3D model of a protected character or product can still infringe them.

Models you generate on a paid plan come with a commercial license: you may sell prints, use them in games and client work, and modify them. Models made on the Free plan are for personal, non-commercial use. In both cases the license covers our part of the work; it cannot grant rights in whatever your source image depicts.

Do not:

• upload unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or images of real people without their permission;
• use Snapshapy to make weapons or parts of weapons, or anything else that is illegal where you are;
• scrape, bulk-download or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• get around credit or plan limits, or the limit on the free demo;
• probe, overload or interfere with the Service, or reverse-engineer it.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after a warning where that is reasonable.

We work to keep Snapshapy running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, including when an AI provider is unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including failed prints, lost material or lost income, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Snapshapy at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as liability — continue after your account ends.
